My cages range from $45.00 - $150.00.....
All of my cages are for "outdoor" use. I just build the cage. I do not put legs on them.
On my own cages here at home, I will either put them up on cinderblocks or attach "treated wood" legs on them..
I have built "special orders" for people but mostly, I just have my own style...
